Fall Literature Lessons

Level 1: For students at a 5th-7th grade reading level. The Level 1 sessions will run from September 11, 2026 to December 18, 2026 and will meet on Fridays at 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Students will explore Pollyanna, Black Beauty, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, Anne of Green Gables, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, My Side of the Mountain, and The Call of the Wild in interactive, live lessons on Zoom. Sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you miss a class.


Level 2: For students at an 8th-12th grade reading level. The Level 2 sessions will run from September 11, 2026 to December 18, 2026 and will meet on Fridays at 4:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Students will explore Tarzan of the Apes, The Time Machine, Journey to the Center of the Earth, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, The Mysterious Island, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Mr. Midshipman Hornblower in interactive, live lessons on Zoom.  Sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you miss a class.

Special Holiday Sessions

Christmas Week Literature Lessons

Level 1: For students at a 5th-7th grade reading level. The Level 1 sessions will meet on December 21st & 22nd, 2026 at 9:00 AM MT.  Students will explore winter poetry and a medley of classic Christmas stories in interactive, live lessons on Zoom.  Classes will be recorded for later viewing.

Level 2: For students at an 8th-12th grade reading level. The Level 2 sessions will meet on December 21st & 22nd, 2026 at 11:00 AM MT. Students will explore Little Women and A Christmas Carol in interactive, live lessons on Zoom.  Classes will be recorded for later viewing.

Spring Literature Lessons

Level 1: For students at a 5th-7th grade reading level. The Level 1 sessions will run from January 15, 2027 to May 7, 2027 and will meet on Fridays at 2:00 PM MT. Students will explore The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Understood Betsy, Just So Stories, Redwall, King of the Wind, The Railway Children, and Heidi in interactive, live lessons on Zoom.  Sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you miss a class. Note: There will be no class sessions on February 12th or March 26th.


Level 2: For students at an 8th-12th grade reading level. The Level 2 sessions will run from January 15, 2027 to May 7, 2027 and will meet on Fridays at 4:00 PM MT. Students will explore The Watership Down, The Hobbit, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Importance of Being EarnestThe Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and The Sword in the Stone in interactive, live lessons on Zoom.  Sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you miss a class. There will be no class sessions on February 12th or March 26th.

Summer Literature Lessons

Level 1: For students at a 5th-7th grade reading level. The Level 1 sessions run from June 14, 2027 to August 2, 2027. Classes meet on Mondays at 9:00 AM MT or Wednesdays at 12:00 PM MT. Students will explore Ancient Greek and Egyptian Mythology through eight interactive live lessons on Zoom. Sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you miss a class.

Level 2: For students at an 8th-12th grade reading level. The Level 2 sessions run from June 14, 2027 to August 2, 2027. Classes meet on Mondays at 11:00 AM MT or Wednesdays at 2:00 PM MT. Students will engage in eight live Zoom sessions of deep analysis and group discussion of Animal Farm and Fahrenheit 451.  Sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you miss a class.

Terms & Conditions

Muse Live Classes

Our live classes are designed to provide an interactive and engaging literary experience. Synchronous sessions are held via Zoom. We ask that all participating students maintain a respectful and focused environment. Access links are provided upon successful registration and should not be shared with unauthorized parties. Note that session times are fixed and follow the specific schedule (e.g., MT time zone) as outlined in the course description.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change. For our live class cohorts, a full refund is available if requested at least 14 days prior to the first scheduled lesson. After this period, credit may be issued toward future sessions at the discretion of Muse Literature. There will be no refunds once class has started.

All sales are final on the Parent Book Club and the 12-Month Calendar.
