How It Works
Format
Live digital gatherings where we blend structured curriculum with open dialogue for a deep reading experience.
Meetings take place on the third Saturday of every month at 6:00 PM Mountain Time, giving you a consistent, unhurried space to connect with other adults reading the texts.
Frequency
Members participate in communal literary analysis and connect with the material; you are welcome to attend sessions even if you have yet to finish the reading.

We observe a few core courtesies to maintain a focused and respectful digital space for our literary discussions. Following these simple practices ensures a smooth experience for all.
Respectful Presence
Whenever possible, please keep your camera on to foster a genuine sense of community and attentive presence during our discussions.
Audio Awareness
Stay on mute when you are not speaking to minimize background noise from busy households, ensuring everyone can hear the speaker clearly.
Technical Testing
Log in five minutes early to test your microphone and speakers, preventing delays and allowing our sessions to begin with a peaceful start.
Turn-Taking Signals
Use the "raise hand" feature or a simple physical signal (like a thumbs-up) to avoid talking over one another and to help everyone get a turn.
Constructive Disagreement
Literary discussion often involves respectful disagreement. It’s fine to dislike a book or character that others love, as long as you stay kind and curious.
Join Even If You’re Behind
It’s okay if you didn’t finish the book. You’re encouraged to join anyway for the social connection and to get familiar with how the discussion flows.
Come With Light Prep (Optional)
If you can, bring a few thoughts, favorite lines, or questions to share—but there’s no pressure to arrive with notes.
